    Great Basin

    I had to buy this replacement because the last one broke and made the most spectacular sound. However, that's a one-time thing, so here I am.

    Quick Service and I had to ship this abroad, but it made it with no issues, so appreciate the great packaging.

    Order and Delivery

    The product is 5 stars. Exactly what I needed. The delivery not so much. I payed the extra shipping cost to get a faster delivery time. Was given a delivery date and the delivery date changed 3x and was a week later than originally scheduled. Plus side to the delivery issue I was able to track delivery and was emailed new delivery updates. Negative is I still paid for express delivery and may have gotten it sooner regular mail.
